A spreadsheet is the third option and costs nothing: export the Reach data from Studio and label each row with the layout, subject, and headline style the thumbnail used. It is the only way to see which of your own design habits earns clicks.
There is no universal number. Impressions CTR varies by topic, channel size, and traffic source. Compare a video to your own channel median over the same period instead.
